“This practice isn’t intended for you to go in thinking that you are broken and that you need to fix yourself. That’s not the space of, or the practice of, yoga. The practice of yoga is acknowledging that you are already whole and complete, and that there are layers on us that veil truth. We’re moving through the removal of those layers in order to see truth, which is that you are whole, you are fine, you are exactly who you were created to be.”
