Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness attained through the skilled guidance of moving inward. In this training, you will dive into your own daily practice, learn various techniques of guiding people into this state of consciousness, gain and understanding of the subtle body and energetics affected, and how to hold space for practitioners coming from various situations.
